First, thank you to everyone who was able to make it out to the first market on Saturday! It was incredible, and this market could not exist without all you good people. Our first market was a great success with 11 vendors and over 100 people in attendance. Homemade cheese, yogurt, Kim chi, organic produce and handmade sourdough bread were among the many items that could be acquired.
Second, the 2nd Ever Denver Handmade Homemade Market is on its way!
When: Friday, June 25th from 6pm – 9pm
Where: Green Spaces Colorado – 1368 26th Street
What: The Denver Handmade Homemade (HaHo) Market is one that aims to bring community together and create a venue for a local economy. It is a place where you can trade or “donate” money for food and craft grown and produced in Denver from your neighbors’ homes and backyards, without the high costs of commercial production. With this second market we will continue to provide a venue for people growing gardens, cooking delicious foods and producing handmade goods on a small, grassroots scale.
Please check out the photos we posted online (check the sidebar) but for now, marinate on these below.
Thanks so much for your love, stay tuned and spread the word!
